The popular Catalina 28 MKII is in wonderful condition. A bottom job was done in 2010. This is the tall rig with the 5'3" draft. Full batten main with a Dutchman system and a 150% Genoa. She is equipped with a Universal diesel engine with 685 hrs. AC, wheel steering. Beautiful and spacious interior.
The cockpit is roomy and functional both for entertaining and ease of sailing. This is what makes Catalina so appealing and popular. She has been lovingly cared for and sailed by this young family. New to the market and won't last long.
