One of Taiwan's oldest and most successful yacht builders, Kha Shing Enterprizes built this vessel for Royal Yachts of Sweeden. INTEGRITY, was brought into the USA from Sweeden in 1995. 18kt cruise, 22kt top speed with Twin 1991 425 hp Caterpillar diesels, 10kw gen set and air conditioning. Accommodations
Integrity, is a great live-aboard, or coastal cruiser. She is clean and shows very well, has been professionally maintained and has enormous living spaces for a 48' yacht. The flybridge and aft deck could easily host a party of 30 people or a very large family. And would do so in style. She sleeps six in three staterooms- two with centerline queen berths. The master is six steps down from the Main Salon on the starboard side. Centerline queen berth with a blue leather headboard.
The MASTER STATEROOM aft, has three large hanging lockers, a large chest of drawers to starboard, a vanity table and mirror forward on center and end tables. Dedicated 12,000 BTU A/C with controls. The private bath has a large separate shower stall, Raritan holding tank head. Vanity, with Corian counter top and large sink.
The VIP STATEROOM forward, has a centerline queen berth with drawers beneath, hanging locker to starboard, a vanity with stool to port, teak and holly sole. A dedicated 16,000 BTU A/C unit with controls.
GUEST STATEROOM, amidship. Side by side twin berths that can be converted to a single double. A large hanging locker with two drawers beneath. Also teak and holly sole. A very large head is shared with the VIP stateroom, entry from both quarters.
The MAIN SALON is entered through a large sliding door centered on the aft deck. Samsung HD wide screen TV linked to KVH Tracvision satellite system, New mahogany salon table and wine rack, All interior rooms have newly fitted curtains and bedding. The large windows all around make this an exceptionally bright and airy salon. U shaped settee to port in ivory leather,with hi-lo table. Bar with storage fridge and ice-maker. The Pilot seat forward to starboardand stairs to Master suit aft. Nicely finished teak through-out.
Galley
Down four steps center from the Main salon is an "L" shaped dinette also with hi-lo teak table. Included features are: Full size refridgerator w/ Freezer (new 2001) "L" shaped countertop, Stainless steel double sink. Splendido washer/dryer combo. Micro wave oven. Plenty of storage in over head cabinets. New stove and built in cutting board as of 2004, New mahogany dining table.

Deck
