PRICE REDUCTION! The Morgan 41' Classic sloop "Double Knot Spy" has just finished a major rig refit in November 2010. Charleston mast, Facnor roller furling, all new standing and running rigging, new VHF radio antenna, new Signet masthead unit. All sails have been recently serviced plus there is a spare jib and spinnaker. Condition of the spinnaker is unknown.

Powered by a 44 HP Yanmar diesel engine with 426 hrs. and a 7.5 KW Westerbeke generator. Generator has 1017 hrs. Lewmar electric anchor windlass, two AC units.

The Morgan sleeps four in two cabins with additional accommodations in the main salon. There are two heads, one with shower stall. Full sized galley to starboard. The engine room has good access in the passageway to the aft cabin.

The Morgan Classic has a more modern underbody than the Out Island series and a simplified sailplan.

Accommodations
The Morgan 41 Classic sleeps four in two private cabins with additional quarters in the main salon. Two private heads. The main salon has a dropdown table that mounts against the forward bulkhead. Opposite is the settee with storage both behind and below. To port is the convenient nav station in the passageway to the aft cabin. There is a workbench to port with an opening port and storage cabinets. Access to the engine room is through a set of doors also in the passageway to port. Standing room in the main salon is 6'4 and 6'2 throughout the rest of the boat.

The V-berth forward has a private head with a 21 gallon holding tank and large amounts of storage and access to the chain locker. Opening hatches and ports throughout.

The aft master cabin has teak trimmed cabinets with hanging lockers both port and starboard of the queen sized berth. The ensuite head is forward to starboard and includes a separate shower stall, mirrowed cabinet, stainless steel sink with pressure water. A manual head with a 26 gallon holding tank.

Galley
Full U-shaped galley is to starboard of the companionway. Great drawer and locker space. Storage cabinets line the aft bulkhead. Included in the galley are:

CNG stove that is inoperable. The owner is in the process of converting over to propane for the CNG gas. He has most of the attachments ready for the conversion but no propane tank. Two deep stainless steel sinks. Magic Chef Microwave. Adler Barbour refrigerator and freezer. Hot and cold pressure water. 350 gallons of water. Atwod water heater. Dry storage bin, Pur watermaker, 1.4 gallons per hour.

(2) Aluminum water tanks, 125 gallons and 90 gallons.

Electrical
12-volt ships power, 110-volt shore power. Professional Mariner battery charger 1 year old (2) 4-D house batteries, (1) engine start battery. Westerbeke 7.5 KW generator with approx 1017 hrs.

Two AC units. Aqua Air 16,000 BTU, 10,000 BTU in aft cabin. Bilge pumps. Compass.

Sump pump, (2) bilge pumps.

Electronics
Electronics include a Robertson Auto Pilot, VHF radio. Signet wind, depth, knot inst. New antenna.

Sony stereo with CD player. Bose speakers.

Sails & Rigging
Slooped rigged with a new 2010 Charleston mast and a Facnor roller furling system also new in 2010. All new standing and running rigging. The mast is keel stepped.

Lewmar primary and secondary winches.

All sails were recently serviced. Main and headsail. Spare jib and spinnaker (condition unknown).

Deck
Large center cockpit. Custom stern swim platform with ladder. Lewmar electric anchor windlass. Anchor with chain and rode. Bimini and dodger. Edson stearing.

Deletions
Owners tools and personal items not included.
