"Kempers Island". A very spacious and comfortable three stateroom motoryacht equipped for living aboard or blue water cruising. Powered by twin 375 HP Caterpillar 3208 TA's and a 15 HP Westerbeke generator. Sundeck with full enclosure and fiberglass hard top. Flybridge with bimini and enclosure. Accommodations
Comfortable accommodations in three private staterooms each with it's own ensuite head. The master stateroom aft has a centerline queen bed, private head with shower, three hanging lockers and drawer space. A midships cabin is located aft of the main salon to starboard with over and under single berths and head opposite. The forward stateroom has stacked upper and lower berths to port with a hanging locker and drawers to starboard.
- The spacious main salon will accommodate a large family with plenty of room for a sofa bed and reclining chairs. The TV, tables and both recliners are excluded from the sale of this yacht.
- Three marine toilets with one holding tank. Y-valve with overboard discharge. All with showers and vanities.
Galley
Full galley down to starboard. Double stainless sinks, GE refrigerator with freezer and ice maker. Princess three burner electric stove with oven, microwave, hot and cold pressure water system. This spacious galley has lots of cabinet and drawer space. Opposite the galley is the dinette with a table that drops down to allow for a double berth. Two opening ports in the dinette area. Parquet flooring throughout the boat.
- EXCLUSIONS: TV, tables and both recliners in main salon. Pictures, sheets and needlepoint in V-berth.
- Most bedding and pictures. Master stateroom bedding and pictures.
- Dishware, utensils, glassware, pots and pans are all excluded.

Two 8D engine start batteries, (new 2009), one generator start battery and eight 6-volt house batteries. (Two new 2009)(3) 12-volt Rule bilge pumps, (1) manual bilge pump, (2) Rule 12-volt sump pumps.

The flybridge has full seating, full enclosure and complete electronics.
